PRINCIPAL

Daryl C. Soward, MDivBL, CPA

Daryl began his career with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, currently Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd., serving in both the audit and tax offices in Oklahoma City. Daryl relocated to Fort Worth to continue his career with a mid-size CPA firm.

After several years in various Controller and Management positions, he felt led to pursue a ministry degree at Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. He has served in numerous church positions concurrent with operating his own CPA practice.

Now full-time in the CPA profession, he uses his skills acquired in ministry to help churches and ministers with compliance, assurance services, and accounting. Having a niche with non-profit entities, he also serves various Local Unions with audit and tax services.

Sharri Soward

Sharri worked her way through college and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington. After graduation, she received an offer from Club Corp, the largest owner and operator of private golf and country clubs in the United States.

She started as a staff accountant and left as a Controller and Vice President, spending a good portion of her time as a liaison between the corporate office in Dallas and the field offices located throughout the country. Having left to raise her family, she voluntarily relinquished her CPA license in Texas.

She served many years as the Treasurer of the Arlington Association of Home School Educators and spent her last year with the organization as the President. Having raised her family, she now assists Daryl full-time with the practice in the area of QuickBooks, accounting and payroll. She is an invaluable support assisting clients in all areas of accounting and providing a personal touch.
